Colour correction specifically

If you’re coming in to fix colour done somewhere else, it helps to know roughly what’s been used on your hair before and how recently — bring whatever you know, even if it’s vague. Correction sometimes needs more than one appointment, particularly if there’s a lot of previous colour to work through safely.
