Why a clinic and a salon

Most people who come through the door on Dalry Road are here for a cut or a colour, and that matters just as much as the clinic side. But the clinic exists because scalp and hair concerns — thinning, shedding, menopause-related change, an irritated scalp — usually get a rushed chat squeezed in before a blow dry, if they get raised at all. PeterJames treats that as an appointment in its own right.

The team

Peter and James are the salon’s directors, and between them run the clinic side and the colour and cutting side of the business.

Zowie is Senior Stylist and Oli is Graduate Stylist.
